Payment options
Excellence Dental Care accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Fees are consistent for all patients, regardless of insurance coverage.
Deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. For patients without dental insurance, payment is due at the time of treatment. Because payment methods and financing arrangements can change, contact the practice before your visit if you need current details.
Using dental insurance
As a courtesy, the practice will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments, and any fees their plan does not cover.
Insurance plans may use fee schedules that differ from the practice’s fees. Your dental benefit plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company, so review its provisions and limitations carefully.

- Is the practice considered in network?
- What deductible, annual maximum, waiting period, or frequency limit applies?
- Is preauthorization or a predetermination recommended?
- Which part of the proposed treatment is excluded or limited?
